St. Louis County Economic Council maintains an open request for qualifications (RFQ) for consulting and other professional services for various projects initiated in 2010. The Economic Council is seeking qualifications from firms with expertise in the categories set forth in the attached document.

Professional Services - Federal Liaison
St. Louis County Economic Council is in need of the services of a liaison to federal-level government agencies, officials and elected representatives. The following outlines the requirements for proposals submitted for the performance of such services on the Economic Council's behalf.
Qualifications are due no later than 5 p.m., Wednesday, December 1, 2010.
Lemay Community Center:
St. Louis County Economic Council is requesting qualifications and proposals for professional architecture and engineering services to complete the design development drawings, construction and bid documents for a new LEED-certified community center. This facility will be located on approximately six acres at the intersection of South Broadway and Kingston (at the northern end of Jefferson Barracks County Park) in the unincorporated St. Louis County community of Lemay.
Qualifications are due no later than 3 p.m., Monday, November 30, 2010.
Prime Clayton Development Project:
St. Louis County Economic Council and Montgomery Development are requesting qualifications from developers to collaborate on the development of one of the most prominent sites in the heart of Clayton's central business district - the intersection of Forsyth and Central. The Economic Council anticipates working with the selected developer to evaluate alternatives and determine an appropriate project that will maximize public and private benefits.
Qualifications are due no later than 5 p.m. CST, December 17, 2010.
